Finding the IMEI and Serial numbers on your Apple device, Samsung, Google Pixel or any other brand device is relatively straightforward.

Apple Devices:

  • IMEI: Go to "Settings" > "General" > "About," and scroll down to find the IMEI number.
  • Serial Number: Follow the same steps as above, but instead of the IMEI number, you will find the Serial Number.

Samsung, Google Pixel and other Brand Devices:

  • IMEI: Dial *#06# on the device's phone app, and the IMEI number will be displayed on the screen.
  • Serial Number: Check the device's box, receipt, or user manual. Alternatively, go to "Settings" > "About phone/device" > "Status" or a similar menu option to find the Serial Number.

IMEI is a unique 15-digit number assigned to mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. It serves as a digital fingerprint for the device and remains unchanged throughout its lifetime. Each IMEI number contains information about the device's origin, model, and manufacturer. Additionally, it helps track lost or stolen devices and enables network providers to block them from accessing their services.

On the other hand, a Serial Number is a unique alphanumeric code assigned to every individual device by its manufacturer. It helps identify and differentiate devices within the same product line. Serial numbers are often used for warranty registration, device support, and inventory management purposes.
